You can request a no-obligation quote from us. In order to draw up a quote, we process the necessary contact and company details. Even if you or the organisation you work for does not become a client, we retain this data for up to seven years after the last point of contact. We do this in order to comply with our administrative and fiscal obligations to the Tax Authority, as well as for internal quote management and analysis of our offering.

In this context, we process the necessary (contact) details for the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment verification. We retain this data for up to seven years after the last point of contact or the last invoice, whichever comes later. We do this on the basis of our statutory retention obligation.

CMOtalk Interviews & Podcasts
The CMOtalk podcast consists of interviews with inspiring CMOs on current marketing topics. For the scheduling, recording and publishing of these interviews, we process the contact details of the interviewees. In doing so, the name and portrait of the interviewee are used. For each episode, we also process portrait photographs, which are published on CMOtalk.nl and on platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, SoundCloud, Google Podcasts and TuneIn, as well as for promotion via our social media channels. We have a legitimate interest in this, as these processing activities are necessary to enable and promote CMOtalk. This data will remain available until the relevant interview is taken offline.
